About the Photographer

Dave Altis: I love photography that evokes a mood or an atmosphere. I also love the ocean. Life on the Fringes is a collection of my photographs taken on coasts like the Outer Banks, North Carolina. I embrace post processing my images to help evoke certain emotions. Some favorite tools I have experimented with include Photoshop and Lightroom.
